Because each one is made to your branding, we can't restock or resell it — so custom stands can't be returned for change of mind. That's exactly why you approve the design first.

How long does it take?
Design usually comes back to you within a few days of us getting your logo and details. Production and shipping follow once you approve it — we'll give you a realistic date rather than a guess.
What if I don't like the design?
Tell us and we'll change it. Nothing goes to production until you've approved a proof.
What do you need from me?
Your logo file, roughly what colours you want, and a link to your Google Business Profile. We'll email you after the order to collect it.
What if I don't have a proper logo?
Send whatever you have — a photo of your shopfront or signage often works. We'll tell you honestly if it's not going to print well.
Can I get a card as well?
Yes, plenty of businesses run a stand where customers pay and a card somewhere else. They can point at the same review page.
Can it be returned?
Not for change of mind, because it's made to your branding and can't be resold. If it arrives damaged or faulty, that's on us — get in touch and we'll sort it out.
